4/22/2008 - DETECTIVES SEEK ASSISTANCE IN SOLVING SUPLUR SPRINGS MURDER

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the suspect responsible for the murder of 43 year old Ademuyiwa “Chris” Ayandokun (pictured at right).  The victim, a Nigerian National, was involved in a violent confrontation with an unknown black male on April 22, 2008, at approximately 7:30 pm, at the 8300 block of north 14th Street in the Sulphur Springs area of Tampa. Several  9-1-1 calls were received reporting a male who was down in the roadway and in need of medical attention.  The victim, who had suffered trauma to the upper body, was transported by paramedics to St. Joseph’s Hospital, where he slipped into a coma and subsequently died on April 28, 2008.

4/13/2008 - DETECTIVES SEEK HELP IN IDENTIFYING SHOOTING SUSPECT!!!

On Sunday, April 13, 2008, at approximately 11:20 pm, the victim, Mary Ellen Spencer, was shot in the forehead as she rode in a vehicle on 50th Street just north of Causeway Boulevard in Tampa. An unknown Hispanic male suspect fired a handgun from the sunroof of Nissan Sentra striking the victim, Mary Ellen Spencer, in the forehead through the windshield of the vehicle she was riding in.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20-30 years of age, 5`10" - 6` tall, black hair, and was last seen wearing a black skull cap and a black shirt.  The suspect vehicle is described as a 1990`s model Nissan Sentra, white in color, 2 door low rider, loud muffler and primer on the rear bumper with an Orange County, FL license plate.  The vehicle was also occupied by two other unknown subjects, a black female approximately 13-15 years of age, and a Hispanic male, no further description.

Detectives are also looking for a second vehicle that may have been involved in this incident. The vehicle is described as a grey Nissan Altima driven by a light skinned Hispanic male.

3/27/2008 - CRIME STOPPERS OFFERS REWARD FOR ARMED KIDNAPPING SUSPECTS!

On February 28, 2008, between 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm, the victim and her young child exited the Wachovia Bank located at 3918 West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa and returned to their vehicle after making a cash withdrawal.  When the victim and her child returned to their vehicle, two males approached them and abducted them at gunpoint.  The unknown suspects forced the victim to drive to a nearby ATM and withdraw additional funds.  The males subsequently released the woman and child without further incident.

 

The unknown suspects who committed this offense are the same suspects who robbed an elderly male in April of 2007, with the exception of the black female suspect. Only the two black male suspects were involved in this particular case.  The suspects in the April 2007 offense were never identified. Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 35 – 45 years of age, medium height, very large build, short afro, very short cropped beard, spoke with a fake African accent, had a foul body odor, and was last seen wearing a light colored jacket, a white shirt, a red tie, and dark pants. The surveillance photos are of Suspect #1 from this case and a picture of Suspect #2 from the 2007 case. Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 35-45 years of age, medium height, medium build, short afro, unshaven, and was last seen wearing a light colored jacket, a white shirt, gold tie, dark colored shorts, white socks, dark sneakers, a gold and silver toned watch, and was carrying a light colored briefcase.

3/11/2008 - $1000 REWARD OFFERED IN DOUBLE HOMICIDE CASE

On March 11, 2008, at 2:05 am, an unknown black male suspect entered an apartment located at 13135 N. 19th Street in Tampa and shot 35 year old Susan Myrick, 17 year old Laurier Myrick, Sr., and 18 year old Jessica Myrick.  Susan and Laurier Myrick died at the scene, while Jessica Myrick was transported to a local hospital for treatment of multiple gunshot wounds. 

Due to information developed during the course of this investigation, Hillsborough County Sheriff`s Office detectives would like to locate the below listed individual:
Kito R. Felton, B/M
DOB: 08/05/1976
5`8", 160 lbs, brown eyes, black hair
Last known address: 3104 E. 8th Avenue Tampa, FL
On the right is a picture of Kito R. Felton.

12/5/2007 - Detective Seek Help Identifying Burglary Suspects!!

Hillsborough County Sheriff`s detectives are seeking assistance in identifying and locating an unknown B/M suspect and an unknown B/F suspect who were caught on video after attempting to use stolen credit cards that were taken during a vehicle burglary.  Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the suspects. On November 19, 2007, the suspects attempted to use  the victim’s stolen credit cards to purchase over $2500 worth of electronic equipment and gift cards at the Office Depot located on Hillsborough Avenue west of Dale Mabry and the Office Depot and Target located at Waters Avenue and the Veteran’s Expressway.  Detectives were able to obtain surveillance video of the suspects entering the Target store where they unsuccessfully tried to purchase over $200 worth of gift cards.  The stolen credit cards used by the suspects had been taken during a vehicle burglary that occurred about forty-five minutes earlier in the Dinosaur World parking lot located at 5145 Harvey Tew Road in Tampa

The B/M suspect in this case is the same suspect that was involved in a similar incident at the same location on 10/15/07.  The B/F suspect appears to be approximately six months pregnant and is seen wearing an orange sweatsuit with a white top.
