| 10/24/2010 - UNSOLVED HOMICIDE | Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspect(s) responsible for the murder of 71 year old David Wynn Hope (pictured). On the evening of October 24, 2010, an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim`s residence located at 10614 Altman Street in Tampa and fatally shot the victim.

| | 3/10/2010 - HELP NEEDED TO SOLVE PLANT CITY MURDER CASE!! | | Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the unknown suspect (s) responsible for the death of 60 year old Clifton Miller, Jr. On March 10, 2010, at approximately 11:50 pm, the victim was found in his Plant City home deceased, having been beaten to death. According to Plant City PD detectives, the victim was last seen riding his bicycle in area of the 800 block of Douglas Street in Plant City around 5:00 pm on March 10, 2010.

| | 2/5/2010 - Person of Interest Sought in Murder Case | Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the unknown suspect responsible for the murder of 28 year old Peter Hyman of Tampa. The victim was shot by an unknown black male suspect in the parking lot of the Tally Ho Pub, located at 7402 N. 56th Street in Tampa, on Feb. 5, 2010, at 2:45 am.
Earlier in the evening, the victim was involved in an altercation with a group of individuals inside the pub. A short time later the victim left the establishment at closing time and proceeded to his vehicle in the parking lot. As the victim was sitting in his car, he was approached by an unknown suspect who shot him one time in the upper body with an unknown type of firearm. The suspect then fled the scene in possibly a 1990’s black Cadillac Escalade or a 4 door dark colored 1990`s model sedan with an unknown tag.
The suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion, early 20’s, 5’10”, 175 - 185 lbs., with a medium build and clean shaven. HE was observed to possibly have a receding hairline, his eyes are positioned close togetger, and he spoke with a slight speech impediment. He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, red shirt, black jeans and white tennis shoes.
Below is a photograph of one of the unknown subjects who had been involved in the altercation with the victim prior to the shooting and is considered a person of interest whom detectives would like to speak to regarding the case.

| | 10/31/2009 - DJ MURDERED AT PARTY...REWARD OFFERED | Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspect(s) responsible for the murder of 21 year old Shamir Garnelo, DOB 4-1-88 of Plant City, FL. Garnelo found dead in the bathroom of the American Legion Hall 173 at 1750 Arcadia Road in Holiday on October 31, 2009. He was at a combined birthday-Halloween party as a music DJ. Detectives have interviewed about fifty people who were at the party, but many left before deputies arrived and they wish to talk to anyone who was at the party. Two suspects in motorcycle helmets, black clothes and gloves were seen fleeing the bathroom before Garnelo`s body was found.

| | 8/31/2009 - $51,000 REWARD OFFERED IN MURDER OF UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA STUDENT | | Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the arrest of the unknown suspect responsible for themurder of 21 year old Ryan McCall. The law firm of Winters and Yonker is offering a reward of $50,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect in this case. The reward is being offered for a period of one year beining 07/14/2010.
On August 9, 2009, the victim and a friend were walking northbound on N. Boulevard, just south of Palm Avenue, on the westside of the street, crossing the Boulevard bridge when they were confronted by a B/M suspect armed with a gun. The suspect attempted to rob the victim and his friend. Both the victim and his friend friend ran away fromthe suspect and gunshot(s) were fired. The victim was struck by a bullet(s) and died from his injuries. The unknown suspect fl ed in an unknown direction. The suspect is described as a black male in his mid 20’s to early 30s, light facial hair, dark skin, 5’10”, 180lbs, husky build, and was last seen wearing a light colored t-shirt.

| | 7/24/2009 - REWARD OFFERED IN FATAL HIT-N-RUN CASE!! | Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the arrest of the unknown suspect responsible for the death of 51 year old Roy A. Williams. On July 24, 2009, at approximately 5:04 AM, Mr. Williams, was riding a bike north on Nebraska Avenue at Van Dyke Place when he was struck by an unknown type truck that fled the scene. Tampa Police detectives believe the truck has dual rear tires, but no other description is available.
After the crash, Mr. Williams was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital. On July 27, 2009, Mr. Williams died as a result of the injuries he sustained in the crash.

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the identification and arrests of the suspects responsible for the murder of 54 year old Walter George Patey. On June 13, 2009, at approximately 3:31 am, the victim was found near the area of N. Elmore Street and E. Adalee Street in Tampa. A witness saw the victim get out of a light colored vehicle, occupied by four, unknown suspects. One of the suspects struck the victim once on the head with an unknown hard object while another suspect shot the victim in the chest and leg. The victim did not survive his wounds. The victim was a registered sex offender and had a GPS monitor on him. This allowed the Tampa Police Department to track his movements. Based on that tracking, they know that the victim was in Ybor City from about 7:40 pm on June 12, 2009, until approximately 3:00am on June 13, 2009. The GPS signal was lost near the area of E. Palm Avenue and N. 10th. Street, indicating that he was picked up by the suspect vehicle at that location.
Suspect descriptions: 1) B/M, 6`2", long dreads, early thirties 2) B/M, 5`9", short hair, early twenties 3) B/M, 5`7", bushy dreads, early twenties 4) Possibly a B/F driver The suspect vehicle is described as a late eighties-early nineties, Oldsmobile or Buick, four-door, cream colored.

| | 1/3/2009 - REWARD OFFERED IN DADE CITY HOMICIDE CASE | | Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the unknown suspect(s) responsible for the murder of 46 year old Thomas William Flannery of Zephyrhills. On January 3, 2009, at 2:05am, officers observed a vehicle traveling west bound on Martin Luther King cross the tracks at a high rate of speed. The vehicle left the roadway on the south shoulder of Martin Luther King, where it struck a tree. Officers on the scene discovered that the victim had what appeared to be a gun shot wound. The victim was transported to Pasco Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Investigatirs believe that Flannery was in the area of Pyracantha Park when he was shot.

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1,000 that leads to the identification and arrests ofthe unknown suspects responible for the murder of 46 year old Eddie Ivy. On November 12, 2008, Eddie Ivy was walking from his mother`s house to his residence on N. Florida Av. He was attacked and beaten to death near N. Lamar Av. and E. Fairbanks St.. Two W/M suspects, possibly Hispanic males got out of a newer model silver two-door car and chased the victim. They robbed the victim of his property and beat him to death by basically stomping him in the head. They fled in the silver car that was driven by a third suspect.

| | 4/3/2008 - Gregorio Velazquez Homicide | On April 3, 2008, victim Gregorio Velazquez and a witness were traveling northbound on Rome Avenue at Beach Street W in Tampa in 2004 beige Dodge Ram pick up truck. An unknown black male approached the vehicle on a bicycle and began shooting. The victim was struck oncew in the head. The vehicle veered off the road and crashed before coming to a stop. Velazquez died several days later, and the witness was uninjured.
