On January 2, 2017 while the victim was working at 2708 22nd Street North in Tampa when two suspects pulled up in a white pickup truck.  An unknown white male suspect jumped out of the bed of the truck, grabbed a moped and loaded it in the back.  The suspect jumped back in the truck then fled with the stolen ZHNG moped.

HCSO Detectives Search for Female Shoplifters in Brandon

STATUS: SOLVED

On January 25, 2017 at 10:38 a.m., two unknown white females entered the Sam`s Club located at 2021 Brandon Boulevard West while carrying an empty green duffel bag.  The females filled the duffel bag with 14 cartons of cigarettes taken from a storage case and then left the store without paying. 

Suspect #1 is described as a white female, blond hair and last seen wearing a light purple top, black jogging pants, glasses and was carrying a green bag.  Suspect #2 is described as a white female, brown hair and last seen wearing blue jeans, gray t-shirt and was carrying a black purse.

HCSO Detectives Want to Identify Suspect Using Stolen Credit Card

On January 7, 2017 at 4:09 a.m. and 4:17 a.m., an unknown suspect used the victim`s stolen credit card to make two purchases at Wawa located at 7408 Hillsborough Avenue E. in Tampa.  The credit card had been stolen from the victim`s vehicle while it was parked in the Wexford Townhomes located at 8006 Tipperary Lane sometime overnight between 1/6/17 and 1/17/17.  The suspect is described as a black male, 15-18 yoa and was wearing a red hooded Nike Air sweatshirt, light colored jeans with tears in the legs and a black beanie hat.

Hernando Detectives Are Asking for Information in Homicide

On January 21, 2017 Robin Jean Patterson, 28 yoa, was found deceased on Burwell Road in Ridge Manor in Hernando County.  Patterson lived in Lacoochee in Pasco County.  Detectives believe that the person(s) responsible may have ties to Pasco County.

HCSO Detectives Work to Identify Repeat Robber

On January 18, 2017 at approximately 2:44 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the Speedway located at 13179 Highway 301 South in Riverview while armed with a black handgun.  The suspect demanded money from the clerks and once he received cash from one register, he fled the store in a southbound direction on foot.  The suspect was described as a black male, mid 30`s to early 40`s, thin build, wearing a red bandanna, gray American Eagle hooded sweatshirt and tan pants. 

Note:  Law enforcement believe that this is the same suspect that robbed this same store on January 9, 2017.

HCSO Detectives Search for Speedway Robbery Suspect
January 19, 2017

On January 9, 2017 at approximately 2:50 a.m., an unknown suspect ordered the clerk at the Speedway located at 13179 Highway 301 South in Riverview to return inside the store.  The suspect then demanded money from the registers.  The suspect was described as a black male, thin build, wearing sunglasses, a "biker style" mouth covering, an American Eagle gray hooded sweatshirt and tan pants, fled the store on foot with cash.  The suspect was armed with a rifle or a shotgun.

TPD Detectives Investigate Homicide of William 'Bill' Denham
January 17, 2017

On January 14, 2017 at approximately 10:20 p.m., witnesses saw two white or Hispanic males and one white or Hispanic female punching the victim while in the middle of North 15th Street at Elm Street East in Tampa.  The suspects walked south on North 15th Street toward Sligh Avenue East leaving the victim unconscious on the east side of the road.  The victim, William "Bill" Denham, 53 yoa, died as a result of the injuries he sustained. 

Suspect #1 was described as a white or Hispanic male, in his 20`s, 5`08"-5`09", stocky/heavy build, brown hair, scruffy facial hair and wearing a black short sleeve shirt.  Suspect #2 was described as a white or Hispanic male.  Suspect #3 was described as a white or Hispanic female, long black hair and wearing a black shirt.

HCSO Detectives Work to ID Appliance Thieves in South Hillsborough County

On December 17, 2017 at approximately 11:15 a.m., two unknown suspects broke a window in order to enter a model home at 14517 Dunrobin Drive in Wimauma.  Once inside, the suspects took the sliding glass doors, and a black GE range and refrigerator from the residence.  Suspect #1 is described as a white male, 5`10"-6`0", 200 lbs. and seen wearing a blue stripped shirt and a fake beard.  Suspect #2 is described as a white male, 160-180 lbs., dark hair with a pony tail and wearing black and white AND1 sneakers.

HCSO Detectives Search for Bank Robbery Duo

On January 6, 2017 at 5:42 p.m., two unknown black male suspects entered the Florida West Coast Credit Union located at 10025 Dale Mabry Highway North in Tampa while wearing wigs.  While armed with a firearm, the suspects demanded cash.  The suspects were seen on surveillance video jumping a fence then entering a silver Lexus IS, which is the same vehicle they arrived in.  Suspect 1 is described as a black male, 6`01", muscular build and last seen wearing sunglasses, a black wig, white checkered button down shirt, black pants and black shoes.  Suspect 2 is described as a black male, 5`06"-5`07", thin build and last seen wearing a black wig, red dress, grey sweatpants and UGG boots.

TPD Detectives Search for Numerous Suspects Who Broke Into Grocery

On December 26, 2016 at approximately 11:13 p.m., numerous suspects were caught on surveillance video breaking in to the Super Choice Mean & Grocery store at 3701 Central Avenue North in Tampa.  The suspects entered through the unlocked front door.  Once inside, the many suspects began taking lottery tickets, cigarettes and other merchandise.  One suspect is actually caught wiping down the front door as they were leaving.

On January 3, 2016 at approximately 8:53 p.m., an unknown white male entered the Pet Supermarket located at 18445 Highway 41 North in Lutz.  The suspect approached a store clerk and demanded money.  The employee asked the suspect if he had a weapon at which time the suspect pepper sprayed the employee in the face.  The employee gave the suspect cash then he fled and entered the driver`s side of a dark 4-door sedan, possibly a newer model (2012 or newer) Honda.  The suspect was described as a white male, 5`10", 140-160 lbs., 25-30 yoa and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with dark letter/design on chest, baseball cap possibly with a red bill, a red bandanna covering his face, blue jeans, black shoes and blue latex gloves.

FHP Troopers Search for Hit & Run Driver in Ruskin
January 01, 2017

On December 31, 2016 at approximately 7:20 p.m., a Chevrolet SUV was traveling southbound on US Highway 41 in the inside lane, south of State Road 674 in Ruskin.  A 13 yoa male was riding his bicyclist across US Highway 41 from west to east, south of the marked crosswalk.  The left front of the SUV struck the bicycle, causing injuries to the juvenile.  The driver of the SUV failed to stop and continued traveling southbound on US Highway 41.  The suspect vehicle was described as a 2000-2006 Chevrolet Suburban, green in color and law enforcement believe it should have damage near the left front headlight.

Pasco Deputies Search for Burglary Suspect(s)

On December 15, 2016 at approximately 5:15 am, unknown suspects(s) broke into the American Legion Post 173 by cutting a hole in the roof.  They made their way through the attic area and cut a second hole in the ceiling which led to a small office.  The suspect(s) then entered into the office and took a small safe containing approximately $10,000.00 in cash.  The suspect(s) fled the business using the same method they used to enter.  Once outside, the suspect(s) were picked up by a Toyota Tundra, red in color at which time they fled eastbound on Bartelt Road.  To view the surveillance video visit our Facebook page.

TPD Detectives Work to Identify Suspect

Recently, an unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger window of a vehicle that was parked at the LA Fitness located at 301 Dale Mabry Highway South in Tampa and personal items were taken.  Shortly after the burglary, an unknown female was captured on surveillance video using the victim`s stolen debit card at the Walmart on Gandy Boulevard and Manhattan Avenue.  The black female is believed to be 30-40 yoa, thin with a light complexion.

On December 22, 2016 at 10:47 a.m., an unknown white male took the victim`s purse from her possession while in the Winn Dixie located at 1640 US Highway 19 in Holiday.  The suspect fled the store northbound on foot through the parking lot.  He is described as a white male, 5`11", 170lbs., short brown hair and last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and light colored pants.  The suspect was captured on store surveillance footage.
