In 2018 Nickolas Lloyd created a LLC in the name Motors and More Transportation Services & Auto Parts. He was the authorized representative for the enterprise and utilized the business to commit fraud against several victims. Lloyd advertised his enterprise to Bahamians that his company purchases and ships vehicles from the US to the Bahamas. He would then provide the victims with his bank account number so they could wire money for the transaction. After coming to an agreement he would email a contract with his company letter head. The victims would then wire him the money. Lloyd would continue to lie to the victims stating there were some complications with the vehicles and he needed more time to get them delivered. Ultimately, Nickolas Lloyd never provided the victims with their vehicle nor did he give them their money back.
Between December 2020 and May 2021, Nickolas Lloyd enticed 2 victims and fleeced over $31,000 with his scheme to defraud. One victim provided over a $13,000 deposit toward a 2015 Chevrolet 1500 SLV 4X4 CR LTZ and the second victim gave him a deposit of $18,000 to purchase a 1992 International Dump Truck. Neither victim received the vehicle or a refund.
As a result of the investigation, detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for Nickolas Lloyd, 50 years old, for Organized Fraud $20,000 to $50,000. There may be others who fell victim to Lloyd's fraudulent scheme. If you are a victim, please contact the Hillsborough County SO.

He was initially arrested at the scene after allegedly racing his Dodge Ram pickup against another pickup before crashing into the victims Toyota Rav4. As a result of the crash, the passenger, Bill Swartz, 78 years old, died at the scene. His wife, Jane, 58 years old, died at the hospital on January 20, 2018. Obregon was set to appear in court on September 17, 021, after a plea deal was reached. After failing to appear in court, a no-bond warrant was issued.

On December 30th, 2019, deputies responded to the 9000 block of Sunset Drive in Tampa after family members found a child who was unresponsive. The child was transported to the hospital, however, died as a result of serious physical injuries. On May 10, 2019 at approximately 1753 hours, a homicide occurred in the 6200 block of 43rd Street North in Tampa. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and died as a result of their injuries.
