7/14/2015 - HCSO Detectives are Investigating Riverview Bank RobberyARRESTED

On July 14, 2015 at approximately 2:25 pm, an unknown white male entered the Suntrust Bank located at 11104 Bloomingdale Avenue in Riverview, approached the teller and showed a demand note.  The suspect fled the bank on foot after receiving the cash.

The suspect is described as a white male, early 30s, short dirty blonde hair, 5`9", 190-200 lbs. and last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt with red lettering on the left chest area, blue jeans, blue sneakers with white trim and black framed sunglasses with blue-mirrored lenses.

7/9/2015 - Seminole PD is Investigating Armed Robbery at the Hard Rock Parking Garage

On June 30, 2015 at 11:30 am, an unknown suspect drove up next to a female walking in the parking garage at the Seminole Hard Rock complex located at 5223 N. Orient Road in Tampa.  The suspect exited the vehicle, pulled a black handgun from his waistband and grabbed the victim`s purse from her shoulder knocking her to the ground.  The suspect fled in what law enforcement believe is a 2011 to 2013 Toyota Corolla LE, either charcoal or slate in color.  The vehicle had a Courtesy Toyota sticker on the left side of the rear of the vehicle near the bottom of the trunk     lid and displayed no license plate.

The suspect is described as a black male, in his 20`s to early 30`s, 5`08"-5`10", thin build, short hair, no facial hair and was last seen wearing a loose-fitting long-sleeve white button-down shirt, dark dress pants and dark shoes.

7/9/2015 - HCSO Detectives are Investigating Vehicle Burglaries in Riverview Subdivision

On July 7, 2015 at approximately 3:00 am, an unknown suspect broke into three vehicles after pulling on the door handles of several unlocked vehicles in the Boyette Springs subdivision.  The suspect rummaged through the vehicles and removed a Samsung Galaxy tablet from one vehicle.  The suspect is described as a white/Hispanic male, juvenile to late teens, approximately 5`09", thin build, dark shoulder length hair and last seen wearing a light colored long sleeve shirt, long cargo style shorts and light colored reflective tennis shoes.

7/8/2015 - TPD Detectives are Investigating Armed Robbery at Papa Johns

On July 7, 2015 at 1:05am, three masked armed suspects entered the Papa Johns located at 9340 Florida Avenue N., Tampa and forced two employees to the ground.  The third employee was forced to retrieve cash from the restaurant safe.  The suspects fled northbound on foot with the cash.

The suspects were described as:
     Suspect #1 - black male (dark complexion), 6`00"-6`02", slender build, last seen wearing a white shirt wrapped around his face, all black t-shirt, shorts, gloves and shoes.  He was carrying a black backpack and wearing a white bandana around his right arm above his elbow.  The suspect was armed with a small dark colored handgun.
 
   Suspect #2 - black male (dark complexion), 5`09"-5`11", slender build, last seen wearing a white and black shirt wrapped around his face, all black jacket, gloves, pants and white/black shoes.  The suspect was armed with a large, dark colored semi-automatic handgun.
 
     Suspect #3 - black male (dark complexion), 5`09"-5`11", slender build, last seen wearing a black mask, white t-shirt, yellow traffic vest, all black pants, gloves and shoes.  The suspect was armed with a dark colored handgun.

On May 10 & 11, 2015 an unknown male and female suspect utilized a number of cloned credit cards at the Sam`s Club located at 5135 Dale Mabry Highway S. in Tampa.  They purchased several items to include gift cards.

7/6/2015 - HCSO Detectives are Investigating Homicide of Micheal Richardson

On July 5, 2015 at approximately 1:27 am, Hillsborough County Sheriff`s deputies responded to a shooting in the parking lot of the Hookah Lounge located at 1430 Kingsway Road S. in Seffner.  The victim, Micheal Darnell Richardson Jr., black male, 10/5/1990, was shot and died at Brandon Hospital as a result of his injuries.

On June 27, 2015 between 1:51 am and 2:30 am the victim, Sharon Darnes Watkins, black female, 1/11/1957 was sleeping in her bed at her residence of 1805 Delaware Avenue N. #153, Tampa, when an unknown suspect(s) shot into the house striking her.  Sharon Watkins died from her injuries before she was found.  It is believed by law enforcement that she was a victim of rival neighborhood groups.

On June 19, 2015 shortly after midnight, deputies responded to a shooting call and discovered Marcus Antonio Jordan, black male, 9/20/1968 laying in front of the residence of 8606 Wood Bridge Road in Tampa.  Marcus Jordan was shot by an unknown suspect(s) and died as a result of the injuries.

7/2/2015 - HCSO Detectives are Asking for Information from the Public on Early Morning Robbery/Shooting

On June 30, 2015 at approximately 3:53 am, the resident of 1602 Taylor Road N., Brandon went outside to investigate why his dogs were barking and was confronted by an unknown black male suspect and an unknown race male suspect who had entered his property.  The victim was ordered to the ground at gunpoint as the suspects removed a Yamaha 4-wheeler from the covered canopy next to the garage of the residence.  While laying on the ground, one of the suspects shot the victim.  The suspects loaded the 4-wheeler into a white, early to late 90`s model Chevrolet pick-up truck and fled southbound on Taylor Road.  The black male suspect is described as 6`0" tall, muscular build and last seen wearing a black tank top.

6/30/2015 - TPD is Asking for Information in Homicide of Kirk Chang

On June 27, 2015 at 2:20 am, an unknown suspect(s) shot the victim, Kirk Tyrone Chang, black male, 9/22/1974 near the intersection of 30th Street N. and Osborne Avenue E. in Tampa.  Witnesses in the area heard gun shots and observed the victim running then collapse in the roadway.  Kirk Chang died as a result of the injuries sustained.

On June 30, 2015 at approximately 1:00 am, an unknown suspect entered the Mobil Gas Station located at 10002 N. Florida Avenue in Tampa while wearing a mask over his face.  The suspect implied he was armed and demanded money from the clerk.  The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction by unknown means.
 
The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, approximately 30 years of age, approximately 5`05", thin build and last seen wearing dark clothing.

6/30/2015 - TPD Detectives are Asking for Information in Fatal Hit and Run
On June 28, 2015 at approximately 12:30 am, near the intersection of N. 40th Street and E. Crawford St. in Tampa, witnesses observed an SUV strike the victim and continue to travel southbound on N. 40th Street.  The suspect vehicle is described as a newer model, dark, full size SUV and is comparable to either a Chevrolet Tahoe or a GMC Yukon.

6/30/2015 - TPD Officers Search for Robbery Suspect Armed with a Knife

On June 29, 2015 at 3:03am an unknown masked suspect entered the Mobil station located at 4242 Busch Boulevard E. in Tampa, jumped the counter, placed a knife against the clerk`s side and demanded the money tray from the cash register.  The clerk was able to arm himself with an ax handle and strike the suspect in the head.  Blood was found at the scene indicating that the suspect sustained an injury.  The suspect fled the store on foot with the cash tray and was last seen running through the parking lot at 4299 Sewaha Street E.  The clerk recognized the suspect as a regular customer as he was in the store around 11:30 pm the night before. 

The suspect is described as being a black male, early 30`s, 6`01" to 6`02", slender build, short black hair and goatee and possibly has tattoos on his arm.  The suspect is known in the area as "Zed" and is believed to reside near 46th Street and Busch Boulevard.  Zed is frequently seen wearing a camouflage hat and shorts.  The hat was knocked off the masked suspect`s head during the robbery and recovered at the scene.

6/26/2015 - TPD is Investigating a Home Invasion Robbery
On June 26, 2015 at approximately 4:09 am, 2 unknown suspects wearing dark bandanas over their face and armed with handguns confronted a victim outside the residence of 4808 N. 36th Street in Tampa and forced him inside.  Once inside, the suspects demanded property from 4 other adults.  One victim was shot in the upper body by a suspect.  While the robbery and shooting occurred there were 5 children inside the residence asleep.  The 2 black male suspects are believed to be in their 20`s and were wearing dark clothing.

6/26/2015 - HCSO Deputies Search for Chevron Robbery SuspectSOLVED

On June 24, 2015 at 9:05 pm, an unknown white male entered the Chevron store located at 10920 Hwy 41 South in Gibsonton. He greeted the clerk, selected a drink from the cooler then walked to the counter to pay for the item.  As the clerk opened the cash drawer, the suspect brandished a small black semi-automatic handgun from his waistband and pointed it at the clerk.  The suspect reached over the counter and removed cash, then fled out the west door.  He fled the scene in a late 80`s to early 90`s 4-door vehicle that was similar to a Cadillac, tan in color and very low to the ground.  The vehicle fled north on Hwy 41 towards Gibsonton Drive.

The suspect is described as a white male, early to late 30`s, 5`10" to 6`02", 210 lbs, brown hair and goatee, last seen wearing a plaid long-sleeve shirt, blue jean shorts, a tan or white baseball cap, sneakers and was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.
