7/9/2014 - HCSO Detectives Seek Assistance Identifying Fraud Suspect

Dates:   July 3 - 7, 2014

        3511 Bell Shoals Rd., Valrico

     On multiple occasions, an unknown white male suspect (pictured below), attached a skimming device to the Automated Teller Machine`s card reader at several Sun Trust Banks in Eastern Hillsborough County. 
 
 
 
     The suspect also placed a long, thin silver box which contains electronic equipment and a camera above the keypad to record the customers key strokes while they enter their Personal Identification Number.  Pictured below.

7/8/2014 - TPD Seeks Assistance Identifying Robbery Suspect

Date:   May 25, 2014
Location:   Bird St. E./Nebraska Av. N.
 
     The victim agreed to meet with the suspect in order to sell his Nook tablet.  After exiting Route 2 on the Hartline bus, the suspect began to look at the tablet.  The suspect then snatched it from the victim and walked east on Bird St.  The suspect implied that he had a firearm to the victim who was following him. 
     The below photo is of a possible suspect and TPD is asking for assistance in identifying this person.

6/29/2014 - Tampa Police Detectives Investigating Fatal Shooting
DATE/TIME:    June 27, 2014 at 10:33 a.m.
LOCATION:    8704 North Brooks Street, Tampa
VICTIM:     James N. King, 1/11/1976, B/M, 2106 Ridgemore Drive, Valrico
 
DETAILS:
Tampa Police Officers responded to a shooting at 8704 North Brooks Street in Tampa. .When they arrived they found James King lying on the sidewalk, and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was targeted and this was not a random act of violence. Homicide detectives are following up on strong leads in the case.

6/27/2014 - Reward Offerred for Arrest of Male & Female Bank Robbery Suspects !

On June 26, 2014 at approx. 12:35pm, an unknown white male and white female entered the Wells Fargo Bank located at 5606 Fishhawk Crossing Bl., Lithia.  The female suspect pointed the firearm at bank customers while the male suspect jumped the teller counter.  They fled the bank with cash in an unknown vehicle.  

The male suspect, pictured, is described as being late 30`s to 40`s, tan complexion, medium build, about 6`02, between 230-250 pounds, short dark hair and light facial stubble.  He was wearing a navy blue windbreaker, dark pants, tan hat and aviator sunglasses.

The female suspect, pictured, is described as being 30 to 40 years old, fair complexion, medium build, between 5`02 and 5`05, between 150-180 pounds with blond hair.  She was wearing a blue and white jacket, blue jeans, a dark ball cap covering a dark bandana on her head

Offense Location: 10901 Nebraska Av. N., Tampa

Synopsis:

On 06-19-14 at approximately 2:53am, a light skinned black male entered the fenced in area of A & ML Auto center located at 10901 N. Nebraska Av., Tampa.  While on the property the suspect entered a black Cadillac Escalade that was unlocked and removed an silver and black Ipod. The suspect then entered a Dodge Magnum but nothing was taken. There were several other vehicles that the suspect attempted to enter but could not gain access. When the suspect left the scene he walked out the south gate and then proceeded north along Nebraska Av.

6/25/2014 - HCSO Seeks Assistance in Identifying Robbery Suspect

Offense Date & Time: 06/13/2014 between 7:30pm - 8:00pm

Offense Location: 7818 New York Dr., Tampa (Bypass Canal Park)

The two victims were at the Bypass Canal park to play cards. Due to inclement weather, they decided to play cards inside one of their vehicles; a silver Chevrolet Impala. After approximately 20 to 30 minutes of playing cards, an unidentified black male suspect entered into the vehicle through the driver`s side rear door armed with a black .45 caliber handgun. The front passenger victim turned his head towards the suspect who pistol-whipped him. The handgun discharged striking the victim.  Both victims gave the suspect jewelry and currency. The suspect possibly had a dark bandana covering his face which fell down momentarily during the armed robbery. The suspect was described as:  a black male, early twenties, husky build, with gold upper and lower teeth, wearing a black hoodie and possibly had a dark bandana covering his face.

6/25/2014 - TPD Seeks Assistance with Commercial Burglary Suspect

Offense Date & Time: 05/21/2014 at approx. 10:00pm

Offense Location:  11412 Forest Hills Dr., Tampa

 On 5/21/14 at approx. 10:00pm, the suspect threw a cinder block through the glass door at Babe Zarharias Golf Course. He looked inside the business, left the scene, then returned several hours later with two other suspects and attempted to steal the safe.  They left with approx. $1,500.00 worth of golf clubs.  The suspects concealed themselves from head to toe. However, one of them wore colorful shorts and multi-colored hi-top shoes.

DATE/TIME: June 16, 2014 at 6:15 a.m.


LOCATION: Hope Food Store, 4002 North 22nd Street, Tampa


DETAILS:

Tampa Police detectives are searching for a male suspect who punched a store]clerk and left him unconscious. The Hope Food Store clerk approached the suspect to find out why he was hanging around an ice machine in front of the business. The suspect pointed to the side of the store and told the clerk that he was waiting for his girlfriend to finish using the restroom. The clerk knew there was not a restroom where the suspect pointed. He started walking to the side of the store to find out what was going on and the suspect punched him. Soon after, a female is seen walking away from the building on the store`s surveillance camera. She and the suspect left the area together on bicycles. A citizen found the victim lying unconscious on the ground and called the police. The victim was transported to the hospital where he underwent treatment for serious, but non-life threatening injuries.


The suspect made a purchase at the store before the incident took place.

Surveillance footage shows him wearing a very recognizable shirt with large

praying hands on the front and a hat similar to the Gucci brand.

Suspect:
White male, late 30`s to early 40`s, 5`10", 200 lbs., pot belly.  Wearing a
long sleeve navy blue shirt, tan pants, khaki color "Gilligan style hat".  
Wearing a white cloth over his face.  Carrying a black nylon bag.


On May 29, 2014 at approximately 10:53 a.m., the suspect entered the credit union and approached a teller making a verbal demand for money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of currency, the suspect fled in an unknown direction by unknown means.

Pasco Sheriff`s detectives are asking the public`s assistance in locating
missing person 68 year old Billy Shuler (pictured here) of Homosassa, FL.  Shuler left his residence at 11 a.m. on May 21, 2014, to visit an acquaintance in Holiday. He hasn`t been seen since. His wife reported him missing on May 22, 2014. His truck was located outside a storage facility at 5334 Provost Drive in Holiday, with evidence found inside the truck that suggests foul play.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff`s Office, Shuler was going to meet 51 year old Anthony Maresca of Holiday, possibly for a transaction on collectible coins. Maresca`s whereabouts are unknown at this time, but he was seen in the Tarpon Springs area after Shuler was reported missing.

5/19/2014 - $5000 Reward Offered for Arrest of Bank Robbery Suspect!!

On Monday, May 19, 2014, at approximately 9:12 a.m., an unknown white male entered the Chase Bank located at 7800 Gall Blvd. in Zephyrhills, carrying a black semiautomatic handgun. The subject ordered bank personnel to the vault and fired one round before leaving the bank with cash.The suspect, pictured below, is described as being in his early 20s, about 6 feet tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with red hair, wearing a black mask.The subject fled in a four door, dark blue or black, late model Honda Civic, driven by a second white male.

5/16/2014 - Tampa PD Detectives Search for Bank Robbery Suspect

DATE/TIME: May 16, 2014 at 2:10 p.m.

LOCATION: Pilot Bank, 3415 Bay to Bay Boulevard, Tampa

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: W/M wearing a black shirt and plaid pants, armed with a utility knife. He covered his face with a dust mask and sunglasses. The suspect has a noticeable tattoo of a “cross” on the back of his left hand.

DETAILS:

Tampa Police detectives are asking the public’s help in identifying an armed bank robbery suspect. Shortly after 2 p.m. on May 16, the suspect entered the Pilot Bank on Bay to Bay Boulevard wearing a dust mask and sunglasses. He pulled out a utility knife and told the teller that he would hurt him if he did not give him cash. The victim, who was in fear for his life, turned over an undisclosed amount of cash to the suspect. The suspect took the cash and fled on foot across Bay to Bay Boulevard.

5/1/2014 - Tampa PD Detectives Continue to Investigate Double Murder
On February 5, 2014, between 9:00pm and 9:30pm, 21 year old Chelsea Sizemore and 28 year old Eric Salabirria were murdered in their home at located at 10013 N 24th Street in Tampa. Both victims died of upper body trauma and to this date no arrests have been made.
 
Tampa PD Detectives are actively following up on leads, however additional details are needed. On November 26, 2013, at approximately 10:50 pm, twenty-three year old Quantrell Keller (pictured here), was shot and killed at his residence located at 4904 Rosedale Lane, Holiday Florida. The suspect was described as a short, stocky Hispanic male between 20 to 25 years old.
