4/13/2016 - HCSO Detectives Ask for Information on Radio Shack Robbery

On April 1, 2016 at approximately 9:13 pm, as the Radio Shack located at 11685 Boyette Road in Riverview was closing, a black male entered the store and told the people in the store to drop their phones on the floor while implying that he had a weapon.  The suspect locked two customers and an employee in the bathroom then demanded the sales clerk to show him where the iPhones were located.  The suspect stole between 30 and 50 phones valued between $18,000 and $25,000.  The suspect fled out of the back door of the business.  A dark color Ford Fusion with tinted windows was observed in front of the business minutes before the suspect entered the store. 

The suspect was described as a black male, 20 to 25 years of age, 6`0" to 6`02", slim build, wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black shoes and carrying a black, red and white backpack.

4/11/2016 - TPD Detectives Investigate OfferUp Robbery

On March 1, 2016 two unknown male suspects met with a female victim in the area of Dale Mabry Highway and Spruce Street in Tampa after she advertised the sale of a smartphone on OfferUp.  One of the suspects punched the female in the face then took the phone.  Both suspects fled the scene.  See surveillance video of the suspects.

4/8/2016 - HCSO Deputies Search for Suspect in Deputy Involved Hit & Run

On April 8, 2016 at approximately 7:25 a.m., Deputy Thomas Paradiso`s attention was brought to a white vehicle, possibly a Mitsubishi, in the roadway of Morris Bridge Road when several vehicles began honking their horns.  Deputy Paradiso made contact with the driver who had preliminary signs of impairment.  The driver of the vehicle became combative and fled southbound on Morris Bridge Road.  In doing so, the rear tire of the suspect`s vehicle ran over Deputy Pardiso`s foot and the rear bumper clipped his hip.  Deputy Pardiso sustained non-life threatening injuries.

On March 14, 2016 an unknown black female concealed multiple items within a white leather purse while inside Macy`s at 2201 University Square Mall in Tampa.  The female left the store without paying for the items and while doing so was confronted by Loss Prevention associates.  The suspect dropped the purse containing the items and fled in a gray Honda Accord that was waiting in the parking lot.

4/5/2016 - HCSO Detectives Look for Suspect Who Used Stolen Credit Cards at Apple Store

On March 29, 2016 between 11:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m., a white male entered a Lexus that was parked at LA Fitness at 2890 Providence Lakes Boulevard in Brandon and removed cash and credit cards.  The suspect then went to the Apple store located within the Brandon Town Center Mall and made purchases in excess of $5,700.  The suspect is described as a white male, 25-35 yoa, 5`09" to 6`0", 120-140 lbs. and last seen wearing dark blue or black pants and a blue button-up shirt.

3/24/2016 - PCSO Detectives Search for Store Burglary Suspects

On March 22, 2016 at approximately 6:00 a.m., five unknown suspects forced their way into the Sprint Wireless store located at 1821 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard in Wesley Chapel by breaking the glass front door.  Once inside, the suspects selected merchandise and cash then fled.  All five suspects were wearing hooded jackets.

3/23/2016 - PCPD Detectives Seek to Identify Fraud Suspect

An unknown black female is believed to be responsible for several recent fraudulent transactions in the Plant City community.  The suspect has been targeting elderly females in order to obtain their banking information.  A counterfeit bank card is then created to use during the fraudulent purchases.  The thefts have been made in the City of Plant City as well as Orlando areas.  The suspect has been described as 5`06" to 5`09" and 135 to 150 lbs.  During most of the crimes the suspect was seen driving a newer model gray Dodge Charger.

3/14/2016 - TPD Detectives Investigate Early Morning Home Invasion

On March 3, 2016 at approximately 2:15 a.m., unknown male suspects forcibly entered the residence of 1409 Yukon Street West in Tampa through the front door.  Once inside, the suspects demanded money and drugs from the occupants.  The suspects stole jewelry, electronics, cash and a .357 handgun then fled the residence in an unknown type vehicle.

3/10/2016 - PCSO Detectives Ask for Information on West Pasco Vehicle Burglaries and Thefts

Since February 21, 2016 several unknown suspects have broken into and stolen a variety of vehicles in West Pasco county.  To date, there have been 15 cases involving at least 3 suspects.  They are believed to be committing similar crimes in other jurisdictions.  Detectives have obtained security videos showing the suspects trying to enter unlocked vehicles.  In the videos the suspects were seen utilizing a stolen Hyundai and Nissan Pathfinder.

2/22/2016 - HCSO Detectives Ask for Information on Shooting

On February 15, 2016 at 10:56 p.m. Hillsborough County deputies responded to a call regarding several shots being fired in the Del Rio Apartment Complex at 5107 Sligh Avenue East in Tampa.  An unknown suspect fired several rounds in the direction of a security guard and a tow truck operator who were standing in the apartment complex parking lot.  The unknown suspect fled the scene.  No injuries were reported.

2/20/2016 - HCSO Detectives Ask for Information on Bar Shooting

On February 20, 2016 just after 4:15 a.m., Hillsborough County deputies responded to a call regarding a shooting at the Smokin Bull Hooka Bar located at 2810 E. Bearss Avenue in Tampa.  In the large crowd deputies discovered four victims who were suffering from gun shot wounds.  One victim has died as a result of their injuries.  The other three victims are being treated at area hospitals.

2/17/2016 - HCSO Detectives Ask for the Public`s Help Identifying Robbery Suspect

On February 17, 2016 shortly before 9:00 a.m., an unknown white male entered the Ruskin Food Mart located at 401 Shellpoint Road, told the cashier he was there to rob her and to give him all of the money.  After receiving the cash, the suspect fled the store on foot.  The suspect was described as a white male, 20 to 30 years of age, blonde facial stubble with a "soul" patch and last seen wearing a black hoody with a gray t-shirt underneath, black gym shorts with a cobalt blue stripe and gray sneakers.  The suspect was believed to be driving a 2000/2001 gold Saturn SL2 with damage on the front.  Detectives believe this robbery suspect may be tied to the robbery at the Circle K on Apollo Beach Boulevard that occurred on February 15, 2016.

2/16/2016 - HCSO Detectives Work to Identify Robbery Suspect

On February 15, 2016 at approximately 10:32 p.m., a Hispanic male entered the Circle K store at 330 Apollo Beach Boulevard, ran behind the counter and demanded money and lottery tickets from the clerk.  The suspect implied he had a firearm concealed in a sock and took lottery tickets and cash.  The suspect fled the store westbound on Apollo Beach Boulevard on foot.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5`06" to 5`09", 140-150 lbs., last seen wearing a black shirt, dark colored jeans, a white/black beanie hat with a small emblem on the front (possibly the Oakland Raiders) and a dark colored sock on his right hand.
