5/22/2014 - Missing Person Case

Pasco Sheriff`s detectives are asking the public`s assistance in locating
missing person 68 year old Billy Shuler (pictured here) of Homosassa, FL.  Shuler left his residence at 11 a.m. on May 21, 2014, to visit an acquaintance in Holiday. He hasn`t been seen since. His wife reported him missing on May 22, 2014. His truck was located outside a storage facility at 5334 Provost Drive in Holiday, with evidence found inside the truck that suggests foul play.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff`s Office, Shuler was going to meet 51 year old Anthony Maresca of Holiday, possibly for a transaction on collectible coins. Maresca`s whereabouts are unknown at this time, but he was seen in the Tarpon Springs area after Shuler was reported missing.

5/19/2014 - $5000 Reward Offered for Arrest of Bank Robbery Suspect!!

On Monday, May 19, 2014, at approximately 9:12 a.m., an unknown white male entered the Chase Bank located at 7800 Gall Blvd. in Zephyrhills, carrying a black semiautomatic handgun. The subject ordered bank personnel to the vault and fired one round before leaving the bank with cash.The suspect, pictured below, is described as being in his early 20s, about 6 feet tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with red hair, wearing a black mask.The subject fled in a four door, dark blue or black, late model Honda Civic, driven by a second white male.

5/16/2014 - Tampa PD Detectives Search for Bank Robbery Suspect

DATE/TIME: May 16, 2014 at 2:10 p.m.

LOCATION: Pilot Bank, 3415 Bay to Bay Boulevard, Tampa

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: W/M wearing a black shirt and plaid pants, armed with a utility knife. He covered his face with a dust mask and sunglasses. The suspect has a noticeable tattoo of a “cross” on the back of his left hand.

DETAILS:

Tampa Police detectives are asking the public’s help in identifying an armed bank robbery suspect. Shortly after 2 p.m. on May 16, the suspect entered the Pilot Bank on Bay to Bay Boulevard wearing a dust mask and sunglasses. He pulled out a utility knife and told the teller that he would hurt him if he did not give him cash. The victim, who was in fear for his life, turned over an undisclosed amount of cash to the suspect. The suspect took the cash and fled on foot across Bay to Bay Boulevard.

5/1/2014 - Tampa PD Detectives Continue to Investigate Double Murder
On February 5, 2014, between 9:00pm and 9:30pm, 21 year old Chelsea Sizemore and 28 year old Eric Salabirria were murdered in their home at located at 10013 N 24th Street in Tampa. Both victims died of upper body trauma and to this date no arrests have been made.

On November 26, 2013, at approximately 10:50 pm, twenty-three year old Quantrell Keller (pictured here), was shot and killed at his residence located at 4904 Rosedale Lane, Holiday Florida. The suspect was described as a short, stocky Hispanic male between 20 to 25 years old.

On March 29, 2014, at approximately 10:49 am, 26 year old Aviance Mosley, pictured here, was involved in an altercation with an unknown black male subject(s) in the area of West Pine Street and North Fremont Avenue in Tampa. During the alercation, Mr. Mosley was shot and killed.

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 4/20/2014 at 5:02 p.m.

LOCATION: 2902 North 32nd Street, Tampa

VICTIM #1: Danielle Allen, DOB: 4/2/1993, B/F, 10610 B, 30th St, Tampa
VICTIM #2: Ransom Flowers, DOB: 08-04-86, B/M, 5111 Palm Park Ct, Tampa

(Victims #1 and 2 survived their injuries.)

VICTIM #3 (DECEASED): Nico Charles Crawford, DOB: 10/28/91, B/M, Tampa
VICTIM #4 (DECEASED): Zeldmound Culpepper, DOB: 11/14/96, B/M, Tampa

DETAILS:
Tampa Police Homicide detectives are asking for the public`s help in identifying any additional individuals who were possibly armed with firearms and involved in an argument that took place at Al Barnes Park on April 20.

Several individuals showed up to the park during a permitted event for a small group of residents. Those individuals were not part of the private event. After they arrived, a physical altercation took place that resulted in gunfire. Two individuals were pronounced deceased on scene. Two additional victims were transported to a local hospital.

Detectives are actively following up on leads and witness statements, however additional details are needed. Deputies want to identify two suspects wanted in connection with Robbery and Home Invasion of a 90-year-old victim.

Suspects:

#1 - white male, 30 - 49 years of age, approximately 5`7", 175 - 195 lbs.,
possible middle eastern accent.

#2 - white male, 30 - 49 years of age, approximately 5`7", 150 lbs.,

Vehicle:

Newer model silver Chevrolet Silverado extended cab with after market chrome rims. There is also a Tonneau type cover over the bed of the truck.

On April 11, 2014, at approximately 2:21 p.m., two unknown suspects who represented themselves as roof repair men forced their way into the victim`s residence. One of the suspects pushed the victim down on the floor and stayed with him while the other suspect ransacked the master bedroom removing jewelry. The suspects then fled in a newer model silver Chevrolet Silverado. The victim was not injured during the home invasion.

4/4/2014 - Unknown Suspect Breaks into Gaming Machines!!

On April 4, 2014, at 11:54am, the unknown suspect entered Tate Pizza located at 3342 Westshore Blvd S in Tampa,  and forcefully gained access to the coin operated gaming machines in the restaurant . The suspect then removed cash and change from the machines and fled undetected. Tampa PD detectives believe that this same suspect committed the same type of theft in November 2013.

The suspect is described as B/M, 22-29 YOA, 6’0 height, 170 lbs.
Complexion: Medium/Dark
Build: Thin
Hair color: Black
Small afro
Eyes: Brown
last seen wearing: Black White shirt, hoodie jacket/blue jeans, baseball hat/watch

Detectives Request the Public`s Help to Identify A Suspect Involved in Retail Grand Theft/Shoplift


Suspect:  

Hispanic black female, 18-29 years old, 5`4 - 5`7", 120 - 130 lbs, brown curly
hair, tattoo on her chest.

Last seen wearing - light green skinny jeans, black boots   

Details:

On March 10, 2014 at approximately 3:30pm, a  Hispanic female  entered the T.J. Maxx store located at 7555 Hillsborough Ave in Tampa. The suspect picked
up $525.00 dollars worth of clothing and left the store without paying.

Once outside, the suspect fled in a blue Dodge truck driven by an unidentified white male. The truck had a blue handicapped placard in the window.

3/25/2014 - TPD Detective Investigate Fraud Case!!

Tampa PD detectives are investigating a fraud case in which two, unknown suspect used counterfeit drivers licenses and a fraudulent credit card transaction.
The incident originated at 5110 S. West Shore Blvd., Tampa, FL  33611. The two suspects entered the business, Interbay Air Compressors, and agreed to purchase two generators.  A credit card was used to make payment and two driver’s licenses were produced as forms of identification.  Approximately 30 days later, the business was notified that the transaction was made fraudulently, and detectives determined that the Pennsylvania drivers licenses were counterfeit.

3/24/2014 - HCSO Detectives Seek Assistance in Identifying Armed Robbery Suspect!

The surveillance video is from a convenience store that the suspect visited before committing the crime.

Victim:
Richard Crone, Jr.
DOB: 07/16/38

Suspect:
Unknown hispanic male, 20-25 years of age, 5`9"-6`0", 170-190 lbs., short dark hair and multiple tattoos on his forearm. Last seen wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and black basketball shorts with white stripes down the sides.

Details:
On March 24, 2014 at 2:30 p.m., a Hispanic male entered the Gibsonton Laundry Mat located at 11024 US Hwy 41 S in Gibsonton. The suspect approached the elderly victim from behind and placed a knife to the victim`s throat. The suspect then forced the victim to the ground and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the victim before leaving the scene.

1. Black male, 30 - 40 years of age, bald, 170 - 200 lbs., wearing a white
shirt and blue jeans.

2. White female, 20 - 30 years of age, blonde hair, 120 - 130 lbs., wearing a
multi-color shirt and blue jeans.

Details:
On March 10, 2014, a white female and black male entered the Lenscrafters Store, located at 11921 Dale Mabry Highway North.  Once inside, the female signed in using the name Rachel Bird, which was found to be false.  While the female distracted the clerks, the male removed 3 pairs of sunglasses valued at $738.00.  Both the male and female then fled the store without paying for the
items.

3/5/2014 - TPD Detectives Attempting to ID Jewelry Thieves!!
 
On Feb 1, 2014, at approximately 5:30pm, the two unknown B/F suspects pictured below entered the Tampa Pawn located at 1203 E. Hillsborough Ave in Tampa. While the pawn employee looked away, the suspects removed several pieces of jewlery to include a women`s diamond engagement ring, a women`s seven stone diamond cluster ring , a women’s diamond heart watch, one men`s tennis (Figaro link) bracelet and a Men`s curve link bracelet. Thesuspects then fled east on E. Hillsborough in a dark colored van (possibly a Chrysler).
