Reward of up to $35,000 Offered for Information in Serial Bank Robbery Investigation

Area law enforcement create a multi-agency task force comprised of FBI, ATF, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Clearwater Police, Pinellas Park Police and FDLE to identify bank robbery suspect.  Information is being sought from the public to help identify the unknown suspect who is believed to be responsible for several bank robberies in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. 
 
During each of the robberies, the suspect passed a note to the teller while displaying a black, semi-automatic handgun.  The bank robberies occurred at:
 
October 22, 2018 - Mid-Florida Credit Union, 825 Brandon Blvd. W., Brandon
February 22, 2019 - Mid-Florida Credit Union, 3202 Waters Av. W., Tampa
June 19, 2019 - Mid-Florida Credit Union, 4300 Park Blvd., Pinellas Park
August 27, 2019 - Suncoast Credit Union, 3234 Miller Rd. S., Valrico
October 9, 2019 - Mid-Florida Credit Union, 29383 Highway 19 N., Clearwater

Investigators believe the same suspect might of also committed two carjackings at Betty's Coin Laundry in St. Petersburg.

Witnesses have described the suspect as a black male, approx. 30-40 yoa, 5'10" to 6', slender build, gold teeth, black hair and was seen wearing a black and gray dreadlocks wig.

TPD Detectives Work to Identify Homicide Suspect
December 03, 2019

STATUS: OPEN
On November 23, 2019 at approximately 4:20 a.m. Tampa Police responded to a report of a man with head injuries in the 3700 block of 29th Street N. in Tampa.
Officers determined that the male victim had been struck in the head with a baseball bat during a dispute. The suspect fled the scene in a white sedan. The victim was transported to Tampa General Hospital where he remained in ICU. The victim succumbed to the injury on 11/29/19.
 
The suspect is known to frequent the area where the dispute took place.
 
The suspect's vehicle was caught on video surveillance.

HCSO Detectives Work to Identify Burglary Suspect

On November 17, 2019, before 4:00 a.m., a black male suspect entered The University Square Mall located at 2200 Fowler Avenue E. in Tampa, FL., thru an unlocked service door.
Once inside the mall, the suspect walked directly to the food court, jumped over the counter at The Taco Gone Mobile restaurant, and forced his way into the office. The suspect stole money, a Samsung tablet, and a cell phone.
 
The suspect fled the mall on foot and was last seen walking thru the parking garage towards 22nd Street N.
 
The suspect is described as 5'11" and 200lbs. He has a short afro hairstyle and was last seen wearing a purple hoodie, red jeans, black and white hi-top sneakers and a black beanie hat.
 
The suspect was caught on mall surveillance.

TPD Asks for Help to Identify Car Thief

On December 1, 2019 at approximately 3:00 a.m., an unknown male suspect stole a 2010 Infiniti G7 Convertible from 1714 Angel Olivia Senior Boulevard in Ybor City, FL.
The vehicle has a Buccaneers tag and Tampa Bay Rays sticker in the driver's side rear window.
The victim left the vehicle, while she went to the walk-up window to get a pizza. 
The victim returned to her vehicle 15 minutes later, and discovered the vehicle was gone.
 
The suspect was captured on video surveillance.

Plant City Detectives Ask for Information in Recent Homicide

On November 26, 2019 at approximately 9:24 p.m., in front of the residence located at 1009 Washington Street W. in Plant City, an adult black male was found in the roadway at Tyler Street and Washington Street with multiple gunshot wounds.  He was identified as Michael James Hector, Jr., 12/15/1994.  The victim died as the result of the injuries he sustained.

Tampa PD Dectectives Ask for Help with Information On a Homicide

On November 16, 2019 at approximately 5:19 P.M., Tampa Police Department responded to a call that an adult male victim was unresponsive with a gunshot wound, in a front yard located in the 9400 block of Mulberry Street N.
 
Upon arrival Officers immediately began providing first aid and called for EMS to respond to their location. Tampa Fire Rescue arrived and transported the victim to the hospital. Shortly after arrival at the hospital, the victim was pronounced deceased. 
 
This was not a random act. It was reported that there had been a family argument when a shot was fired and the victim was struck.
 
TPD Detectives are asking the Community to come forward with any information that can help in the investigation of this case.

HCSO Asks for Help in Identifying Female Suspect in Car Burglaries

On November 24, 2019, unknown suspect (s) entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and took a wallet with debit and credit cards.
 
Later that day, on November 24, 2019, at the Walgreens located at
11115 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard E. in Seffner, a white female suspect attempted to use three of the victim's stolen debit and credit cards for $373.30, but was unsuccessful.
 
The following day on November 25, 2019, the same female suspect was attempting to use a stolen credit from another victim.
 
The female suspect was seen being dropped off in a tan/beige Kia Soul. The vehicle is possibly being used as a Lyft.
 
The female suspect was last seen wearing jeans,a short sleeve black t-shirt, sandals and carrying a black messenger backpack. She is approximately 25-40 years old, 5'5"-5'7" in height, medium to large build, and has black hair with the ends dyed bright red (possibly extensions).
 
The female suspect was caught on video surveillance.

On November 22, 2019, shortly after midnight, an unidentified black male forced his way into the Brandon Mall through an exterior door and walked directly to the food court. The black male suspect entered several food establishments in te mall, taking an undisclosed amount of cash.
The black male suspect is described as 5'10 to 6'0 in height, weighing
160-170lbs. Last seen wearing a yellow hoodie with the word"Daydreamer"
written in black across the front, red sweatpants, and gray tennis shoes.

Pasco Detectives Investigate Robbery Where Stolen Credit Cards Were Used

On November 2, 2019 shortly before 11:00 p.m., an unknown B/M approached the victim who was walking into the Walmart located at 28500 State Road 54 in Wesley Chapel and attempted to grab her purse.  During a physical altercation, the suspect overpowered the victim knocking her to the ground.  The suspect fled on foot with the victim's purse.  Shortly after, the suspect and an unknown B/F utilized what appears to be a newer Toyota Prius 4 door silver or gray in color to use the stolen credit cards at the following stores:
- Walgreens at 11115 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Seffner
- 7-Eleven at 8002 N. 56th Street, Tampa
- 7-Eleven at 5012 Pointe Of Tampa Way, Tampa

Pasco Detectives Search for Suspects in Armed Robbery
November 22, 2019

STATUS: OPEN

On November 4, 2019, at approx. 8:00 p.m., Richard Frazier III and an unknown B/M entered the Golden Kave located at 16406 US Highway 19 in Hudson. The suspects held the victim’s at gun point and demanded cash from the register. After receiving cash, the suspects fled the location in a white Hyundai Veloster. The unknown suspect is described as a B/M, mid-twenties, approx. 5'5" to 5'10", medium build, dark skinned with very short hair.

An arrest warrant was issued for Richard Frazier III, B/M, 6/7/1985, who is described as being 6'1", slim build with dreads and a star tattoo under on his neck. He is last known to be in the Brooksville area. (See photo)
