On June 1, 2017 between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, an unknown white male is believed to have taken $16,150 in jewelry from the residence of 14228 Alister Manor Drive in Wimauma.  The suspect is a white male, dark hair, possibly goes by the name of "Tommy" and has been working as a laborer.

HCSO Detectives Search for Necklace Thief
June 13, 2017

On June 5, 2017 at approximately 4:30 pm an unknown male entered the Zales Diamond Store located within University Square Mall and asked the employee to see a gold necklace from a display case.  The suspect tried on the necklace valued at $1,690 then fled the store without paying.  The suspect is described as a white male, 22-29 yoa, approximately 180 lbs., medium build, short strawberry blond hair and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, jean shorts and black tennis shoes.

HCSO Detectives Work to Identify Robbery Suspect Armed with a Knife

On June 11, 2017 at approximately 3:37 am, an unknown black male entered the Race Trac store located at 12750 Hillsborough Avenue West in Tampa while wearing a stocking over his face.  The suspect brandished a knife and demanded money.  The black male suspect was described as being 5`09" to 6`0" and was wearing a New York Yankees baseball cap with a camouflage brim, long sleeve gray shirt, black pants and sneakers.  After receiving cash from the registers the suspect fled the store.

On June 7, 2017 at approximately 4:06 am, an unknown suspect entered the residence at 628 Tuscanny Street in Brandon as well as a vehicle in the area.  The suspect is a white male, 5`06" to 5`08", medium build, tattoos on both shoulders that extend to the elbows and a Mohawk style haircut that is long and curly in the back.

HCSO Detectives Search for Stolen Boat

STATUS: CLOSED

On May 26, 2017 at approximately 10:30 am, three unknown suspects took a 12 foot Tracker boat, Model 1236 Topper with a Motor Guide trolling motor, Model R3/X3, 38 Pound Thrust with two deep cycle marine batters, one five gallon marine fuel can and fishing tackle from 1025 Apollo Beach Boulevard.  The value of the stolen property is $1,358.  The suspects were caught on surveillance video and are described as black males, two between 25-30 yoa and one between 45-50 yoa.

Dade City PD Ask for Information from the Public in Hit and Run

On June 7, 2017 at approximately 3:00 p.m., near the intersection of US Highway 301 and Morningside Drive in Dade City, the driver of a newer model, dark burgundy vehicle, possibly a Chevrolet Impala, struck the victim`s vehicle which was exiting the Save-A-Lot parking lot.  As a result of the crash, the 76 year old female passenger was taken to the hospital.  According to witnesses, the driver was described as a black female, early 20`s, approximately 6`, thin build and was wearing a tan dress with stripes below the knee.  The suspect driver was seen checking her vehicle for damage, after which she returned to her vehicle.  The suspect then fled in an unknown direction after failing to exchange information.  The suspect vehicle may have damage to the front or grill area.

TPD Detectives Want to ID Suspect Who Passed Fake $50 Bill

On May 16, 2017 at approximately 1:15 p.m., two black males entered the La Segunda Bakery located at 2512 15th Street North in Tampa and selected food to purchase.  One of the males passed a counterfeit $50 bill to pay for their purchase.  When the clerk determined the bill was fake, the male left the bakery on foot while the other male remained inside.  The suspect is described as a black male, 5`09", 170 lbs. and was wearing a purple/yellow LA Lakers hat, white t-shirt and jean shorts.  Both subjects arrived at the bakery in a newer model, 4-door Mercedes Benz, possibly gray in color.

HCSO Detectives Work to Identify Armed Robbery Suspects

On June 3, 2017 at approximately 9:53 p.m., two black males entered the Family Dollar located at 11707 Williams Road in Thonotosassa and forced the clerks behind the counter while demanding the cash register be open.  A heavy set B/M, mid 20`s, 6`0", 250 lbs., dark complexion, was wearing a black shirt pulled over the back of his head, blue jean shorts and black sneakers and was armed with a silver over black semi-automatic firearm.  The second suspect, a B/M, mid 20`s, 5`08", 180 lbs., light complexion, thin build was wearing a black hoodie, camo shorts, black sneakers and white gloves with the fingers cut out.   The suspects took cash from the register then fled.

TPD Detectives Want to Identify Boost Mobile Burglary Suspect

On May 25, 2017 at 4:54 am, an unknown suspect used a large rock to smash the glass in the front door of the Boost Mobile store located at 3502 Nebraska Avenue North, Suite A in Tampa.  The suspect came from the area of Borrell Park.  The suspect can be seen on surveillance video entering the store through the bottom of the broken glass door.  Once inside, the suspect used the same rock to damage the display cases.  The suspect selected phones, Bluetooth speakers and cash from the register, then fled the store.  The tall suspect was wearing a light colored Nike sweatshirt, dark pants, shoes, gloves and has facial hair.

TPD Detectives Look for Suspect Using Someone Else's Credit Card

On March 11, 2017 at 6:05 pm, an unknown white male used someone else`s credit card to make a purchase of $19.48 for food at the Chipolte located at 533 Howard Avenue South in Tampa.  The suspect was caught on video making the purchase and was wearing a black polo shirt with sunglasses on the top of his head.

On March 12, 2017 at 1:17 pm, the same suspect made another purchase of $12.96 for items at the Starbucks located at 715 Howard Avenue South.  The suspect can be seen on video making the purchase while wearing a light blue collard shirt with sunglasses on top of his head.
